Wellness is a practice, not a performance.

Yoga, mindfulness, meditation, movement, energy work, and whole-person wellness education for people learning how to feel more connected to themselves and the lives they actually live.

You do not need a perfect routine, a certain type of body, or years of experience to begin. Your practice can start exactly where you are.

Virtual sessions are available nationwide, with select in-person offerings in Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cleveland.

What Wellness Actually Means Here

Wellness is often presented as another list of things to get right: move more, eat better, meditate every day, manage your stress, sleep enough, and somehow stay positive through all of it.

Real life is messier than that.

A sustainable wellness practice starts with learning yourself — your body, your patterns, your needs, your limits, your values, and the practices that genuinely support you.

Wellness with Alee brings together yoga, meditation, mindfulness, movement, anatomy, nervous-system education, Reiki, and holistic practices to make wellness more understandable, personal, and usable.

The goal is not to perform wellness perfectly. It is to build a relationship with yourself that gives you more ways to notice what you need, respond with intention, and return to the practices that support you.

Learn Before You Book

You should not have to book a session just to understand the basics. The Wellness with Alee learning library is designed to make yoga, meditation, mindfulness, nervous-system concepts, Reiki, and holistic wellness easier to understand before you decide what — if anything — you want to do next.

Start with an in-depth guide, browse practical articles, or look up an unfamiliar term in the Wellness Glossary.

Alee kneeling with hands at her heart

The work is personal. The education should still be grounded.

Alee is a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, wellness educator, and lifelong student of the body, mind, and the ways people make meaning of their experiences.

Her approach grew from years of holistic wellness study, movement and bodywork education, a deep interest in anatomy and science, yoga philosophy, herbal traditions, energy work, and a long relationship with animals and the natural world.

She teaches from the belief that wellness does not have to become another performance. The practices matter most when they help you understand yourself, make more intentional choices, and return to what supports you in real life.

Questions about this page

What is Wellness with Alee?

Wellness with Alee is a virtual-first wellness practice offering personalized yoga mentorship, whole-person wellness coaching, meditation and mindfulness support, Reiki, and select group experiences. The work is designed to help people build practices they can actually use in everyday life — without needing to perform wellness perfectly.

Who do you work with?

I work with people who want a more personal, grounded approach to wellness. Some are complete beginners. Others already practice yoga, meditation, or other wellness tools and want more structure, depth, or individualized support.

Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or wellness practices?

No. You can start exactly where you are. Sessions can be adapted for beginners, people returning after time away, or people who already have an established practice.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Most services are designed to work virtually. Select in-person offerings may be available in Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cleveland depending on the service, schedule, and location.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If you already know what you want, you can book or inquire through that service page. If you are unsure, start with the Work With Me page or contact form and share what you are hoping to build, change, or understand.

What is your approach to wellness?

My approach is practical, whole-person, and rooted in the idea that wellness is a practice, not a performance. I believe in building tools that fit real life, honoring both traditional wisdom and modern understanding, and making space for curiosity instead of perfection.
