Work With Alee

Wellness education can meet people where they already are.

Not every meaningful wellness experience happens in a studio or one-on-one session.

Alee works with schools, organizations, workplaces, private groups, events, and collaborative spaces to create accessible experiences around yoga, meditation, mindfulness, movement, and whole-person wellness.

Programs can be adapted to the audience, setting, time available, and purpose of the gathering.

Possible experiences

  • Beginner yoga and mindful movement
  • Meditation and mindfulness workshops
  • Stress-awareness and practical wellness education
  • Yoga philosophy for everyday life
  • Breath and body-awareness practices
  • Youth mindfulness and movement programs
  • Private group yoga or meditation experiences
  • Wellness workshops for staff or teams
  • Retreat sessions and collaborative programming
  • Seasonal or theme-based workshops

Schools and youth programs

Programs for youth can combine movement, mindfulness, creativity, reflection, and age-appropriate yoga philosophy.

The goal is not to ask students to sit still and ‘be calm.’ Programming can be active, practical, creative, and connected to skills such as self-awareness, attention, confidence, accountability, and recognizing what helps them reset.

Workplaces and organizations

Workplace or organizational wellness sessions can be built around practical experiences rather than generic wellness presentations.

Depending on the group, a session may focus on mindful movement, meditation, stress education, breathing, accessible yoga, or creating realistic personal wellness practices.

Private groups and retreats

Private sessions can be created for friend groups, gatherings, retreats, community events, and collaborations with other wellness professionals or organizations.

The format can be shaped around the purpose of the event instead of forcing every group into the same class.
