What this site collects

This website collects information only when you send an inquiry, plus the basic technical details every website receives.

General inquiry form

The general inquiry form asks for your full name, your email address, which services interest you, how you would prefer to meet, and what you would like support with. Optional fields cover your phone number, where you are located, anything else you want Alee to know, your preferred contact method, and an optional tick box to join the Wellness with Alee email list.

Group and organization inquiry form

The group and organization inquiry form asks for a contact name, the organization or group name, an email address, the organization type, the program location, whether you prefer to meet virtually or in person, the audience or age group, the approximate group size, whether you want a one-time event or a multi-session program, and what you would like participants to gain. Optional fields cover a phone number, preferred dates, preferred time or session length, topics, a budget range, accessibility or space considerations, and additional details.

Both forms ask you to agree to be contacted about your inquiry.

Details stored with each inquiry

To protect the forms from spam, each inquiry is stored with the IP address it was sent from, your browser’s user-agent (which identifies the browser and type of device), the address of the page the form was on, and how long the form took to fill in. When the spam filter blocks a submission, the name, email address, IP address, and browser details from that attempt are kept in a separate log so blocked attempts can be reviewed.

Server logs

Like most websites, the web host keeps standard server logs of each request — the IP address, date and time, page requested, and browser details — for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie for visitors: a security cookie named csrf_cookie_name that protects the inquiry forms against forged submissions. It holds a random token, not personal information, and expires after two hours. The sign-in page for the site’s private admin area, used by Wellness with Alee staff, also sets a session cookie. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and its scripts store nothing else in your browser.

Analytics

This site does not use an analytics service and does not load scripts, fonts, or tracking tools from other companies. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated to say so.

Why it is collected

Inquiry details are used to reply to you, to arrange and provide the services you ask about, and to keep business records. The technical details are used to block spam and keep the site secure.

Who else handles it

A few kinds of outside services are part of running the business:

• Web hosting — the hosting company stores the website, its record of inquiries, and its server logs.
• Email — each inquiry is sent through the web host’s mail system to Alee’s business email inbox.
• Video meetings — virtual sessions take place by video call on a video-meeting platform; meeting details are sent after booking.
• Scheduling and payment — this website does not take bookings or payments. When a session is booked or paid for, the scheduling or payment service used for that booking handles those details under its own privacy policy.

Health information

The inquiry forms are not meant for medical or mental-health information. Please do not include sensitive health histories in them.

Your choices

• To ask what information is held about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form.
• If you join the Wellness with Alee email list, every list email will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed through the contact form.
• Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. The inquiry forms need the security cookie to send, so blocking it stops the forms from working.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
