Work With Alee

Build a wellness practice that belongs to you.

It is easy for wellness to become another job.

More habits. More rules. More products. More things you are supposed to do every morning before the rest of your life starts.

Whole-Person Wellness Coaching takes a different approach. Instead of beginning with an ideal routine, we begin with you: what is happening in your life, what you want support around, what is realistic, and which practices are actually useful.

Wellness is bigger than one habit

A person’s wellbeing can be influenced by movement, rest, sleep, routines, stress, relationships, environment, mindfulness, creativity, meaning, and the way daily responsibilities are structured.

You do not need to optimize every category at once. The work is to notice what matters most right now and create a plan you can actually live with.

What we may work on

  • Clarifying your current wellness priorities
  • Creating simple routines and anchors
  • Movement and personal practice planning
  • Mindfulness and meditation habits
  • Rest and recovery practices
  • Making your wellness toolbox easier to use
  • Reducing all-or-nothing thinking around routines
  • Building accountability without perfectionism
  • Reflecting on what is and is not working
  • Creating structure that can adapt when life changes

What this is — and what it is not

This is wellness education, coaching, reflection, and practical planning.

It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, dietetics, or diagnosis. When a need falls outside the scope of coaching, the appropriate next step may be working with a licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.

Who this may be a good fit for

  • Someone who has collected wellness information but struggles to turn it into a usable plan
  • A busy person who needs a simpler approach
  • Someone returning to their own wellbeing after a demanding season
  • A person who wants accountability and reflection without a rigid program
  • Someone exploring how yoga, mindfulness, meditation, movement, or rest can fit together

The goal

The goal is not for you to need coaching forever.

The goal is to understand your own patterns and tools well enough that you can make more intentional choices, adjust when life changes, and return to what supports you.

Questions about this page

What is whole-person wellness coaching?

Whole-person wellness coaching is personalized support for looking at your wellness as a connected system rather than one isolated habit. We may work with movement, rest, mindfulness, routines, stress, planning, self-awareness, and the practical barriers that make consistency difficult.

What happens in a wellness coaching session?

Sessions are conversational and practical. We look at what is happening now, identify what needs attention, choose realistic next steps, and build tools or routines that fit your actual life.

Is wellness coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. It can support reflection, accountability, planning, and wellness practices alongside therapy or other professional care when appropriate.

Do I have to change everything at once?

No. In fact, I would rather help you build a small number of useful practices than give you a long wellness checklist you cannot maintain.

What kinds of goals can we work on?

Goals can include creating a sustainable movement practice, making space for rest, developing mindfulness habits, building routines, understanding stress patterns, strengthening accountability, or creating a personal wellness plan.

What if I know what I should do but I cannot stay consistent?

That is a common reason people seek coaching. We can look at what is making the plan difficult — time, energy, overwhelm, unrealistic expectations, lack of structure, or something else — and redesign the plan around what is actually workable.

Will you give me nutrition or medical advice?

I can discuss general wellness habits and help you organize goals, but I do not replace a physician, registered dietitian, therapist, or other licensed professional. When something needs specialized care, I will stay within my scope and encourage appropriate support.

How long do I need to work with a wellness coach?

That depends on the goal and the structure you choose. Coaching works best when there is enough time to apply what we discuss, notice what is working, and adjust the plan instead of treating one conversation as a complete transformation.
